10-11-2008 (M0n),璇 papa sms me dat my mother-in-law rang him saying
璇 was running a high fever reaches 38c. I immediately apply a halfday
leave & go off @ 12pm. Brought 2 pcs of 璇 favourites Mr Bean plain
pancake for her,she ate alittle.My 璇 still active but poor appetite.
Sponging her in order to bring dwn her fever.
Around 1.30pm,carried 璇 to e clinic. 0.5ml of Brufen was given when we
reached home! Fever still present,again sponging her with tape water until
璇 papa arrived after his work b4 4pm.
Around 5pm,on our way to Punggol..we make a stop @ Tampines Giants
to buy 璇 diapers. 璇 as usual, looking @ her surrounding out of
curiosity although still feverish! I was carrying 璇 while payments...
Suddenly 璇 throw a fit. Was jerking,upward rolling of the eyes,
stiffing of limbs and twitches,loss of conciouness,body turned white
and body temperature dropped down very fast,as cold as an ice cube.
Papa and me trying to insert our fingers between her teeth to
prevert 璇 bitting her own tongue but 璇 couldn't open up her mouth!
Papa ran very fast to get his car,and i was behind him running very carefully
holding 璇. She was so stiff,as white as a paper and as cold as an ice cube!
Oh my god! God please do something! Somebody help!
What's going on? Please don't take our baby away from us!
We can't live w/o her! She's still a baby,still have a long way to go!
We rushed to Changi Hospital, was traffic conjection while on our way there!
Papa and me almost gone mad!
I chanted my prayer! chanted n chanted! I talked to 璇，massage her
stiff limbs,i smelled her,kissed her, and i told her i went to temple praying
this morning before i goes to work and vegetarian every
初一和初十五 ..so she will be fine!
Thanks God! You hear my prayer! 璇 regained consciousness!
She cried softly wif her eyes closed. & i kiss and kept talking to her!
Finally reaches hospital! & realised 璇 fever reaches 39c!
She was crying when nurses sponging her,was naked except her
diaper still on.
About an hour later,we was transfered to KKH by an ambulance
while papa drives there!
璇 was admitted! Was told by e nurses they will sponge her when
was pushed to her ward!
Waited and waited! 璇 still running a high fever,yet i dun see any
nurses taking action!
I pressed e bell for nurse,told her to give me a sponge and i will
sponge her myself. Less than a minutes,璇 threw a fit again!
@ that moment 璇 head was already turn to one side in
order to prevert her choking on her vomitus !
I shouted some1 to get the nurse for help! And 3 nurses
came in with a doctor! I cried,i touched n talked to 璇 softly,telling
her not to be afraid & mama is with her!
Less than 5mins,she regained consciousness!
I was so angry and disappointed wif their services.I tell then off!
they were supposed to sponge her and no1 doing that since
she's warded(more than 3o mins)!
Very Very disappointed wif their services!
